The best association for a realtor to be belong to. They offer a lot of educational opportunities and they have networking meetings that meet weekly that provide a friendly space to network with other professionals of the industry with the common goal of helping our clients. I would never belong to any other association.

As a long time broker in California, I belong to several associations as a secondary member. I choose to hold primary membership at PSAR because of their commitment to the members, their amazing staff, and their dedication to protecting property rights and empowering real estate professionals. Plus, anytime I call...they answer! In the ever changing real estate landscape, PSAR stands out as an example of what is right with our profession!

What truly sets PSAR East apart is the sense of community and networking they foster. The connections I've made through PSAR East have been invaluable — both professionally and personally. This is an association that actually brings its members together and creates real relationships, not just events on a calendar.

I have visited other Associations in the past but none compare to the East County (PSAR). Jim and Laurie are truly the best in the biz!! Always educational, thorough and mostly never boring! Love them ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I’ve been a proud member of PSAR since 2013 and this association feels like home. I love attending the PSAR Wednesday Caravans! I’ve been going for a little over a year now, and it’s been huge for growing my business as a mortgage lender.

It’s a great way to connect with real estate agents, get my name out there, and stay active in the local market. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which makes it something I genuinely look forward to each week.

Highly recommend getting involved!

The BEST

PSAR South always delivers! Amazing pitching sessions, great energy, and real opportunities to connect with other professionals. If you’re active in the South Bay, this is hands down the caravan to be at.

I’ve had a great experience with PSAR. They provide excellent service, consistent training, and their Wednesday pitch sessions help me stay on top of the market.

South County PSAR is hands down one of the best organizations I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of. As a title rep, I truly appreciate how they consistently bring Realtors, lenders, and title professionals together in a meaningful and productive way.

Their events are always high-energy, well-organized, and focused on building real relationships, not just surface-level networking. What really sets them apart is their willingness to support their members. They’re always ready to lend a helping hand and create opportunities for everyone to grow their business.

A huge shoutout to Charmaine for doing an incredible job keeping all of us up to date on everything happening in real estate, her communication and insight are top notch. And Kevin… just an all-around stud who brings great energy and leadership to the group.

If you’re in the real estate industry and looking to connect, learn, and be part of a strong community, South County PSAR is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This was my first time attending PSAR Caravan and it has been a wonderful experience! Charmaine has a wonderful energy and really lights up the experience! The sponsors were very generous and I am looking forward to engaging with Karen to pursue drone tours. The refreshments provided were generous too :) The location is easy to find and there was a lot of parking. The caravan itself was busy and well run. Would recommend to pitch your listings!

Outstanding staff and support!! Thanks for coming out to Keller Williams La Jolla and all that you do for our industry. I can truly feel the genuine care & concern. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

PSAR is awesome! As an affiliate member I find it very easy to get involved and I always feel the love for my contributions to events, committees, and caravans

The most friendly and inviting association you could hope to find! Excellent networking, educational classes, and fun events. Thank you, PSAR!

Great organization with great people. PSAR does a great job creating community, building relationships, and providing value to its members. I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Psar. Laura, Viviana, and Kevin were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to assist me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. They were not only knowledgeable but also very kind and patient. I truly appreciate their support and outstanding customer service.

Only come here for training/meetings/appts @World Financial Group!

Service oriented. The staff is the best!!!
Meeting room is large. Great for seminars. Easy parking and centrally located in Chula Vista.

PSAR is such a great organization with a terrific staff to support Realtors and our needs. Thank you for all you do.

PSAR is a group of down-to-earth people, unpretentious, and dedicated to meeting its members needs.

PSAR is the best support for REALTORS! They are always very helpful in helping up navigate through our difficult business.

The very best association in all of San Diego thanks for all the help with the new lock boxes Jim Kim and Sandy Carmichael

I tried this board twice in my 20 year carrier. Both times it started out well, but did not end the same way. Paragon version is difficult to navigate and is incomplete and missing historical information. I found people who work there to be biased and unprofessional, not willing to help with their members. SDAR is much better choice.

Was there for a meeting about my financial future went in with an open minded but alot of things were not adding up.

I love PSAR!!! The staff is second to none! They are super helpful, knowledgeable and always have a smile on their faces and they are genuinely happy to see you when you walk in the door! If they do not know the answer to a particular question, they are always quick to get back to you with the correct information.

I've been a member of PSAR for years. And I wouldn't think of moving my membership elsewhere! Great staff providing terrific service, this Association is always looking out for our members. I can't wait to see the finished product of the remodeling currently underway- even more to offer to our members!

At a time when most services have gone virtual, PSAR and its staff continue to provide in-person customer service and always available to us when we need them. Thank you PSAR Team!!

We have been Realtors associated with PSAR for 16 years. We are always satisfied with the customer SERVICE at PSAR.
A big shout out to George Ching who is so attentive, conscientious and helpful!
Today we attended RPA training with Nikki Coppa. She is an excellent teacher, one of the best we've ever had for a trainor. We are so lucky to have her!

Impressed with the amiable and helpful staff. Need a lockbox or some signs? You’ll be in and out in minutes.

We are proud to be PSAR members! This association empowers us Realtors to be the best for our clients by having access to the best MLS technology and trainings! Customer service is always great!

The staff here will go out of their way to help the Realtors in the East county San Diego

Great meeting other agents. Helpful staff.

I just don't understand from our local authorities that liquor and Marijuana stores are allowed to be open and our associations are not. Ridiculous.

Great organization

I love the new certral SD location of PSAR! Yet one more example of PSAR's dedication to it's growing membership base. This location offers a store to get all your Realtor gear like signs, lockboxes, etc. They also host a weekly pitch session for new San Diego listings on Tuesday mornings at 9. It's a great way to promote your new properties and network with some of San Diego's best agents. Hope to see you there!

Fantastic service. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. And if I call in, I never have problems reaching a real person. Love PSAR!

Every time I have visited the Pacific Southwest Association at their central location, the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, their property pitch session is very energetic and educational!

PSAR is by far the best Realtor Association in the County. Now with their new Central Location, they have made it even easier for Realtors from all over the county to become members of PSAR and use their awesome services. Friendly Staff, locations throughout the county, and incredible resources. If you haven't been to their new Clairmont location, you need to check it out. It is centrally located and a great please to attend or host events.

They never answer the phone they all take brakes together who knows

The people here, especially Sergio are above an beyond helpful. You have a choice who to open your MLS account with I could not recommend this group more they are sincerely just awesome to work with.
