Designated REALTORS® being a Broker holding an active DRE Brokers license and defined as the Principal Partner, or Corporate Office of a Real Estate firm. There is only one Designated REALTOR® per company.
REALTOR® Member a person holding an active DRE Salespersons license. Defined as any agent within the office of a Designated REALTOR® that holds an active real estate license who becomes a member of PSAR.
Secondary Member a person who is already already primary at another association and would like to join PSAR secondary receive store discounts, member pricing on all classes and events, and allows for a smoother transition from one brokerage to another for our agents.
Affiliate Member a non licensed individual who are not involved in the sale or leasing of property, but who have interests in the real estate profession may join PSAR as an Affiliate.
To be called a REALTOR® licensees must be part of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and a local Association of REALTORS®. Most REALTORS® also subscribe to a Multiple Listing Service and obtain a key to use secure lock boxes. In San Diego county we use either CRMLS for MLS service and the Sentrilock system.
